Seasonal Strawberry Milkshake
As I promised, I have come up with one of the simple and famous strawberry recipe – strawberry Milkshake.
Prisha loves all types of milkshake whether it is Banana Milkshake, or Sitaphal or chocolate milkshake so I thought lets try with this seasonal fruits and I was right, she like strawberry milkshake too.
Put strawberries, sugar and cold or regular milk in grinder and your milkshake is ready for breakfast or your little guests in the evening. This is really simple recipe and can be ready in just 5 min so when your child friends are at your home and demanding some smoothies … Milkshakes are always time saver for Mommy’s.
I have tried this milkshake with strawberry syrup which I got it from Mahableshwar but really strawberry fruit can not be replaced by any preservative syrups. I have tasted both the milkshakes. The one which made by syrup, taste like strawberry ice cream which has not much creamy structure as compare to fruit milkshake. I am showing below image which was made by syrup. Look wise both are same but fresh fresh milkshake is more creamier than below one.
Now-a-days I am avoiding peservative foods for Prisha, as she is addicted to chocolates and potato chips so adding more fruits in her daily intake is my sweet motive. I have tried pineapple juice on same day breakfast for me and Navin that I will post it later. Meantime, try this easy milkshake at you home.
Recipe for yummy Strawberry Milkshakes
For 1 glass milkshakes
Milk: 1 + 1/2 cup
Sugar : 1 Tbsp (as per your taste and strawberry tanginess)
1. Cut the strawberries in pieces.
2. Add all strawberry pieces, milk and sugar in mixer grinder.
3. Grind for a minute or so. I like little strawberry chunks in my milkshake.
4. Serve it in glass and garnish with strawberry.
Note: if you have fresh cream, you can add it while serving. It will give nice smooth structure to milkshake with chunky strawberries bites.
