Rainy days.. Evening time..and husband demand are hot ginger tea and onion pakoda.. finally I am in the kitchen to make onion pakoda’s.. We Maharashtriyan call it as a “Kanda bhaji“.
This is just a simple recipe, but need some trick to get crispy Kanda bhajji. I have seen this recipe when I was in my college that was the non other than Sanjeev Kapoor show “Khana Khajana” on Zee TV. I still remember, I immediately tried that bhaji and it was hit.. Too crispy and yummy…
